Jim if you are anything like me, just stop the beers for 4 days and switch to water..you'll drop 8-10 pounds in a week.

Unfortunately, the reverse is also true. I think I packed on about 10 pounds in the week I was in the U.K. living on a diet of mostly lager!

I've just caught up to issue #4 and you go and release #5!! The never-ending treadmill of a periodical.

Tell me about it! I just have to keep cranking out pages...which is a good thing. Working on issue 6 this weekend.
