May I recommend you take a gander at the parcel 2 go website before you go sweating down to the post office. Crap loads cheaper and they pick up from your door with no need to fight off the grey horde who despite having nothing better to do with their day, all choose to visit the post office at lunchtime.

I'd hesitate to say he is in decline. Character development is one of the great things about Dredd, and any accusation of him going soft is usually followed a story later with him kicking some serious arse. I mean, fighting a giant spider with a boot knife shows he's still a triple hard bastard.
