      This was a tv series that was on sometime in the mid to late seventies.  I dont know what channel it was on either.    I just remember watching it and it was on at the weekend fairly late.
     I just remember it beimg quite good.although i am sure it would look dated now,it may still be quite good. Some of it was genuinly disturbing at the time.  As far as i know,the series was only shown once and thats it.                Each episode was an hour long i think.    Can anyone help?

   Lets hope that comes to an end.

    I cant help now as i am a bit skint but later this year things will change.  It probably sounds mad to give money away, but i do it just to go against society.  We have always been altruistic in my family when we can afford it but not to charities.  I just hate selfish greedy people which is what you are expected to be like these days.  I quite often put myself out and do something for someone else.   Being selfish just goes against my grain.  For about half of my life i have been privelidged and the other half being broke so i have seen it from both sides.    The pot of money is nearly run out now so i am having to get my act together now and earn some money fast.

    If i could afford it i would just give you some cash.  I dont know you but i enjoy giving.  If i have money ever i always give some away to whoever i see fit.  I am not greedy so it is good to spread it around.

    THat is very true of the military.  I dont agree with the class system ,however it is unavoidable but i think leadership is inate and cant be taught in officers school or by coming from the right background either.   If the military had any sense they would search all the ranks for the right qualities.  I would make the military a lot less class conscious myself instead of the archetypal upper class twit like the one i am talking about.    Lions led by donkeys is about right

   I dont even know how these things work. I dont know what the criteria is to qualify and who decides in the end.        I used to have a neighbour as such who was a retired Colonel who was just like the one in Fawlty Towers if you remember that.   How could you forget?.

       Anyway he had an OBE but i dont know what for.

 

      I cant do that until i upgrade the computer which i am about to do.     These Macbooks are not cheap at all.I was given 500 towards it but i have to find the rest myself.    Firefox is the best web browser i am told.

    I am stuck using  MSN Internet Explorer which is reputedly the absolute worst.    Yet no problems here.

    I know !  They take the fun out of everything the pc brigade.

       I am still waiting for Bernard Manning to come to Brighton.   What an uproar that would cause.   Thats a good enough reason if ever there was one !      

   I would be careful if i was you using words like "Gay"  and "Black", someone may get offended as everyone is so touchy these days i dont even know if you can say "Black" anymore.     Fuktifiknow what else to say !

   He may get his own show one day if he keeps at it.   This is channel 4 after all.

      That Geordie geezer who does the voiceovers.    I wonder what his day job is or is this it?  What does he do between shows?  Is he capable of doing anything else.
