i dont know these yankees they just seem so gung ho about everything + never listen to rational reason...i have just been sucked into a potential dispute with this stupid twat who just wont see sense.well they started it i am going to finish it !!! .i wont bore you with the story but this isnt the 1st time +there seems to be a pattern emerging with them.i just wish they would think......has anyone else had this problem??....its a bit like their foreign policy...enough said....thats enough politics  ...this isnt the place for it....i have bent over backwards to resolve it....i just hope he doesnt do what i think he is going to do...he goes crying to ebay yet i have already caught him out on 3 points that are unfair  so far .its just helps to play by the rules if you wish to start throwing silly tantrums...."get lost buddy" is about all that he has come up with so far...pathetic really..

yes that does sound something like what i heard  too.my friend also said that the comic was more along the lines of alan moore.the subject itself i wouldnt describe as american either.there is plenty of "occult" giong on in this neck of the woods .i dont practice stuff myself but i do hear +have heard things over the years+sometimes i have seen the evidence.i wouldnt have taken it that seriously except that richard is a very reliable source of info.the most knowledgable i know.he is writing a 3 volume set of books right now on the true basis of arthurian legend.i have seen + read bits of it although i didnt have the foggiest quite honestly.

this is interesting:i have someone round tonight who claims that either the artist or the writer or both live very near to where i live  [kemp town, brighton],i have also heard this rumour before from seperate sources.i cant dispute it as i have no idea at all other than the comic is produced in usa.also the rumour has it that elements of the stories to do with the dark arts are directly inspired by those who would know about such things......i am not trying to start silly myths + rumours but if anyone here knows any more then please say........peter.

fat bottomed girls i mean.i was just trying to be funny....by the way i am not sure he is the right choice at all as i cant see any similarity apart from a vague one + he is too tall. + anyway  although he has made the funniest film that i have ever seen [Borat] i cant look at him without laughing.i think the people behind the film are just playing it safe by hiring sacha for the part as it will guarantee an audience.

i must say i dont do forums usually as you always get snidey cliques who dont like outsiders coming in to their territory.they often can be obnoxious which is so easy for them to do in cyberspace...got no time for them at all...

Help! / scanning artwork for comp.
05 May, 2007, 05:22:23 PM
right its like this:i am still living in the dark ages here in this house.i have just got a scanner.just got to pick it up anyday now.  here is the problem? i have had to correct   a couple of mistakes in my art as sometimes it happens+anyway i havnt drawn for years..to correct mistakes i literally cut +paste another layer of paper over the area in question. what i dont know is firstly how a scanner copies the image because if you expose the picture in front of a light source then the corrected area shows as a dark patch...does a scanner work differrently to a photocopier ?will this ruin my work when scanned?if so then the answer seems obvious but i would rather ask you all first just to make sure as you all seem to be so competent at these things.  thanks.peter.
