"Any part of that perp description sound like I need back-up, control?"

Some very nice dialogue in this week's Dredd.

Yes indeed. Excellent covers there for Misty & Scream as well as the sci-fi special! Great to see all these specials every year now. Good times!

I think it must relate to spambots. If you look at the new members per month, it goes through the roof from August last year for a while. Very suspicious!

Forum data? Where's that then? *potters off to investigate*... ... ...

Aha! What's this? Interesting stats indeed!

We're blessed with talented droids, we really are.

Monkey vigilantes gorgeously drawn, some very 80s geek references for anyone alive then (yes, I'm looking at most of you lot!), dead heads that can see sewn onto shoulders, plus exploding people, I mean, what more could you wish for?

Some good thrills indeed this month, but top moment just has to go to page 4 of Lawless. Five panels of Rondo blasting away as he advances was executed (ba dum tish!) so well!

Nice work there.

I looked at that and thought "There's no way Day of Chaos was eight years ago"... but apparently it was!!!

Also, nice work there :)

Lovers Breakdown by Seasurfer is well worth a listen if you're partial to something with a hint of goth. Out late last year on Reptile Music and based in Hamburg.

I thought the stand-out strip this month was Devlin. This was, for me, the first time since John Smith stopped writing it that I thought everything felt 'right'.

Fantastic.

Well said, Sir. It all comes together very nicely. It's been good before, but this feels like it's dropping into the groove properly now. The art is gorgeous too.

It would be remiss of me not to mention Lawless and Dredd, of course, some good stuff there. Lawless especially continues to be wonderful.

I used mine for a bunch of digital GNs, and very lovely that was too!

For next year, I'll try to save up a bit in advance and buy even more! It's a good deal and a great way to explore titles you might not normally pick up.

This worked well for me. Some great art, particularly on Finder & Keeper. From the various posts above, the occasional all ages prog slipped into the main prog seems to be the way to go to explore building up to The Next Stage.... but what does that stage look like? A monthly all ages? A weekly? I hope this goes well and eventually ends in some sort of regular all ages prog, alongside the mighty grownup Tooth.

Great work, droids!

My iOS app is still not really working.

On the plus side, if I download from the website and open in Goodreader, I can set the icon size to Large  to make a rather nice virtual bookshelf. And it does look rather good! I'm actually preferring this view of my library!

*looks at collection lovingly*

I'm firmly in the "loved the Dredd" camp.  Actually, I loved everything else too. As has been mentioned above, it's going to be hard to keep this level of excellence going all year! Great start to 2020!

It'll be interesting to see how this does. If we ever find out that is.

Might be worth a similar offer, but a year once a month rather than once a week?

A good promotion though, to be sure!
