several reboots and 2 hours later I gave up...

send out e mails to castles event organizers ect... to get work for the Medieval society...

But my hard drive has failed and it keeps telling me to contact the manufacter to arrange repair / replacement...

I told Henry (Vidar) that the off air copies of last season's Dr Who he made for me had been taken with the other stuff and He's "exploded" (Not litterally but at the moment I wish he had) Demanding that these things be replaced... WTF? Adrian was BURGLED... they wern't damaged or taken deliberatly for bleeps sake...

We do have a cheif who is willing to cook some medieval recipies... (And I have found loads of them on line)

But the trouble is, unless we organize a private party, selling things like medieval cakes means we have to have a food hygine certificate.
AND places charge an extra £200 licencing to people who want to sell stuff at events.... It's why our Bower (Yes we have someone who makes proper longbows, arrows and leather goods) can't set up his own stall...

I want to investigate medieval deaeasies and how to replicate their appearance make up wise as well as typical battle field wounds.

(We are short staffed and I am hoping to double up as His graces personal surgon/ alchamist)

Our chairperson  of our Medieval Society had his flat broken into again.
This is the 2nd time in as many months.

This time the thieves took much more

All his remaiing comercial films (Including those he had borrowed from other members to watch)

His high end camera.

His jewelery and items he was holding for a friend

ten fighting quality re-enactment swords...
A mace
His arrows and bow

His laptop

And his bedroom window... ALL of it.

Bastards... (I can say that here right?)

we have never had a bookings officer before....

I am the first (and possably the last person ) to hold this position.

And yes I was thinking of setting up a facebook group... as soon as I can wrestle some decent photos....
