Mainly 2000ad GN's. I recently went through a phase of reading Will Eisner stuff, and I still do, but more things like the case files, search/destroy agency files, slaine and will hopefully buy abc warriors the meknificent seven, and i am really enjoying all of it.

thanks, I've only been able to read Strontium Dog through the 'Search/Destroy Agency Files' GN's, and these pages here are printed in black and white, so seeing them in colour is great, thanks!

The lost cases were great and I do lament their departure from the meg. In fact, even though I like Tank Girl and some of the meg's un-Dredd stories, I do see logic in a meg which boasts Dredd-world stories, only, such as Anderson (oh, more Anderson please!), Tempest etc.

haha, yeh, thanks, I basically wrote, that because I'm in my teens (don't hate me, I'd like to be taken seriously!) I find a lot of my friends buying xbox magazines but I don't, and I find it ironic that the kids who buy the xbox mags are considered the cool kids where if I uttered one word about buying a comic I would be called a nerd! Obviously I elaborated, and said how there aren't enough younger readers around my area, and in general. Again I went into a bit more detail than that.

I like the Meg, but feel the stories suffer for having a four week break.

I would agree there. I like the meg in general, however I am glad to see the back of Tank Girl, I hope Tempest returns soon. I'm sorry to see the lost cases go. All in all I think it's good, the the overall quality of the stories later, and most of the bagged GN's have been good.

Laugh at me if you will, but I'm new to the forum so I don't know much about the comps,does anyone know when the next one starts?(I probably wont have much of a chance because I'm only in my teens, but I'll have another go)

Wasn't sure if this would go here or in help, so I put it here. I recently wrote into Dreddlines, in the meg, I was just wondering if anyone knew how long i would wait for a reply, would I get an e-mail saying it will be printed and a GN is on the way to my house, or would I get an e-mail saying it wont be printed, if so, how long would I have to wait to find out said info. Or do I just wait until the  next meg with dreddlines printed in the back and see if mines there?

nice, well I've started mine, but I have to go out soon, so I probably won't get it finished, I've been sitting here for a while thinking that I want to do a comedy ABC Warriors one, but but with horror, and I couldn't think of how to do it, I've finally figured it out, and it probably wont get finished I don't mind though, it probably wouldn't have been that good. only just getting the hang of my graphics tablet, I planned to do it on there, but it went wrong, and due to circumstances at the moment I can only do it in pencil and scan to the pc, it really annoyed me

This is great stuff, I've only just thought about doing the comp, am I too late?
