No one AT ALL has taken this into consideration:

Does Roger WANT to come back? Perhaps he's happier now - he's got his wednesday chat, he's got his mom. We can't demand Roger back, just because some people miss his massively worthwhile input.

Maybe everyone, maybe it's time to let Roger go. To roam under bridges and the like. A troll on tap is not happy, a troll everyone demands to hear from is not a troll at all.
