I've just been installing software on my new computer (almost all been recommended above) and I thought I'd give this a spin as I'd been looking for a replacement to UltimateZip. The usability is a little lacking (it doesn't seem to associate itself with files, which may be a plus, and doesn't have options in the right click) so I went with another one I found recently and have been happily using on another computer:

Reading up on problems with PnkBstr it seems it is compulsory on servers which run it - its anti-cheating software so making it optional would seem to defeat the purpose
