"Gonna need a bigger storage area"

Still got most of my Number 1 editions here and really want to do an online covers gallery, but it's finding the damn time between, working, DJing and buying more things off ebay :-P

one day, one day...

Well I guess you lived through the great era of 70's comics too, so that's what matters! :-)

Have you read and ownded it for a while or have you just picked it up recently?

Been working on a new website for 2004.

(And apologies for threadjacking here).. all in the name of nostalgia ;-)

I have hundreds of tapes here which I never play much these days.
I've started transfering the more obscure ones to Mp3/CD using Audio Cleaning Lab by Magix, nice little program which allows for much audio tidying if you're that way inclined.

...anyone remember these? :-0

Dreddd, I used to know a guy who used to turn his TV set on and off from the wall as he didn't know it had an on/off button! ... strange, sad but very true.

He I understand is currently counting blades of grass in the local park. :-)

Not a retail story but when I DJ on Friday's I get numerous people (usually of the female peroxide persuasion) asking me do I have "Pretty Green Eyes"?

the  reply "no luv, mine are Blue" which leaves them in a state of bewilderment :-)

-- I deliberately put the bible next to the Karma Sutra -- LOL!!!

Great movie indeed Byron, and available on R1 DVD!
:-)

- DRACULA IS ALIVE AN WELL AND LIVING IN LONDON -

I remember Hammer used this as the in production title for (I think) SATANIC RITES OF DRACULA ...a Dracula movie too far imho.

- Night of the Burning Doomed - ?

Isn't this the US title of the zero budget NIGHT OF THE BIG HEAT ?
(another great title and tacky fave of mine).

"InDiana Jones" ? :-)

Seriously though I like the title for an old 60's Hammer thriller... "HELL IS A CITY"

oh, and JAWS too ;-)

Off Topic / Re: 80's Teen Movies

I remember one called "Revenge of the Nerds" hitting the big screen here yuk yuk, (if memory serves me correctly it appeared as a double bill with Bachelor Party?) ...mildly amusing then, most likely not at all now.

Those Police Academy movies never really lit my bonfire either.

I did like "Stand By Me" though and there's one movie I thought stood above the rest...
"The Outsiders" (out on DVD here early next year) :-)

oh, and a special mention (though it's not really a teen movie) goes to THE MONEY PIT, classic nonsence!
