Movie stars.. Meh.. There's some nice ones out there though..

From what I've heard about Glasgow they could've saved a lot of money on FX make-up and just let the cameras roll after the pubs close.
With Glasgow it is anytime in the day hence the location.

General / Re: Collecting Toothy: A thread about obsession.

Good God. Where do I start. I don't know so I will keep this short (for now).
You all Know my thing.
Why do I do it? Obsession for collecting and a very weak will power when I see a new paint job on a clone trooper.
Does it make sense? Hell no.

Short Circuit is to get a reboot Alvin and the Chipmunks style, well the director anyway.

Is this required? Who knows and who cares, well not me if it is any good and the kids enjoy it then I will take them to see it.

Shall we just gloss over the way they make a big deal over preparing their own food, but use the same scalpel blade for doing the blood test?

When you get right down to it, since every Thing cell is a discrete entity, the very act of cutting the infected should have caused a reaction. He should not have even bled into the dish.
But if the Thing is trying to hide in the group it won't show itself until it really has to. Cutting it is not killing the organism but burning it is, hence the reaction from the heated coil.

Here is the Gyst of what the charity stands for.

Anthony Nolan is a pioneering charity that saves the lives of people with blood cancer. Every day, we use our register to match remarkable donors willing to donate their blood stem cells to people who desperately need lifesaving transplants. Your donation will help to fund our lifesaving work.

Every 23 minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with a blood cancer such as leukaemia. Currently we are only able to provide a matching donor for half the people that come to us in need of a transplant. With your help, we can raise more money, provide more transplants and save more lives.

Whether you are taking part in an event, sponsoring someone else or simply making a donation, we cannot thank you enough for your support.

A close friend of mine has a child who suffers from Leukaemia and was given till the end of the year for a blood match. Recently a match was found and the future is looking far brighter now and it is thanks to the work done by this charity.

Again thanks for your time.
