Gart speaks!

Heh. Look, if no one else has picked it up by now they're probably not going to.

You know everything is not an anecdote. You have to discriminate. You choose things that are funny or mildly amusing or interesting. You're a miracle! Your stories have NONE of that. They're not even amusing ACCIDENTALLY! "Honey, I'd like you to meet Del Griffith, he's got some amusing anecodotes for you. Oh and here's a gun so you can blow your brains out. You'll thank me for it." I could tolerate any insurance seminar. For days I could sit there and listen to them go on and on with a big smile on my face. They'd say, "How can you stand it?" I'd say, "'Cause I've been with Del Griffith. I can take ANYTHING." You know what they'd say? They'd say, "I know what you mean. The shower curtain ring guy. Woah." It's like going on a date with a Chatty Cathy doll. I expect you have a little string on your chest, you know, that I pull out and have to snap back. Except I wouldn't pull it out and snap it back - you would. Agh! Agh! Agh! Agh! And by the way, you know, when you're telling these little stories? Here's a good idea - have a POINT. It makes it SO much more interesting for the listener!

These days it would probably be set on a submarine. I'm starting to wonder if the guy ever surfaces.

I think Aliens is a tired worn out franchise that doesn't need any more excursions.

It could have been so different. The comics were pretty great.

Vince Ward's unmade Alien 3

That would be the Gibson script.

I'm not sure I'd encourage the making of more Predator films, Predator 2 was bad enough as it was.

And I think I'd sooner forget about ALiens Vs Predator as well. Such a beautifully simple concept, which the Dark Horse comic pretty much nailed, and they cock it up with a bunch of extraneous crap about antarctic pyramids full of Tomb Raider style puzzles. I'd say they'd made it like some stupid videogame but that's doing a disservice to the Rebellion game.

That would be pretty awesome.

If computer trickery could be used to bring together all of Arnolds pre-Twins action movie rolls for a to-0the-death battle royale then it would pretty much be the best movie ever.

* Twins and every movie he made after it are sell out, played for laughs cash-in shite and should be ignored. Except maybe T2 and Total Recall.

How bout this for an idea for a series? "Dutch Courage" - it'd be a prequel to Predator, showing the adventures of Dutch before he met the Predator. He'd travel the world and get into all sorts of scrapes. Obviously as a prequel to a movie set in 1987 it would star someone much younger than Arnie, sort of like Young Indiana Jones.

Or how about this, "The Matrix Chronicles", following the pre-Commando adventures of John Matrix...

Or Matrix Vs Predator.

Or Matrix Vs Raw Deal vs Terminator vs Predator - It's gold!

He's kinda moaning about not getting ANY comics work right now, which seems... odd.

Oh, and both films were written by Mark Frost, of Twin Peaks fame. Which is probably a hefty chunk of cash for him, but still, what a step-down...

Avi Arid ids the source of all Marvel Movie evil. Cocking VENOM being in Spiderman 3 was his fault.

My thoughts upon hearing the movies title: "I bet they fuck up Galactus"
