Is it more or are Dredd's arm's a bit long?

So I finally open the standard figure.

The only thing that I found which bugs me is the belt, there is gaps between his pouches on my figure. Only two but they are on both sides of his hip so its kinda visible. This might be only on my figure but I think I can live with it.

Another thing, which just is minor, is that I feel his pterosaur wings are a bit to high wich prevents headmovements or is just in the way in certain positions.

Besides that its a great figure! Nice articulation and great sculpt! Love it!

How's the articulation on the elbows? Reviews I've seen say that because the elbow pads the figure can't take advantage of it's double elbow joints.

True, Im not planning on selling the figures or so...

Screw it, Im opening it when I get home from work!
I might keep the Classic Comic Book version still in his "prison".

I can afford to buy multiples of each figure so I won't have to worry.

Small quibble: no boot knife!

Well, we probably shouldn't be complaining too much, i'm just happy we get our choice of Lawgiver for our figure.
We just have to understand this figure isn't intended to compete with the mezco release it's supposed to be a certain artistic representation of our hero and I can live with that.

Really happy the figure appears to have socket ankles and wrists instead of the swivel joints on the proto as well as Dredd's iconic vizor 'bolts' after not seeing them on the prototype I got kinda worried there.

Just got my 2 b&w Judge Death figures from 3A And I love 'em! Can't wait to get the standard release from BBTS. 
And I was worried about the condition of the cards as i've heard some horror stories about mangled cardbacks, but they arrived nicely. I'd say the cards are C-8's and the bubble on one is 10 and one 8 due to some stress on the package.

I really like the think cardstock they use for the figure, it's got a weight to it and not something that will bend real easy.

If you look on my Cellar of Dredd blog, it's the last post. There are a few pictures that show it pushed up but no close up shots but you can see it's fully done up in most pictures.

What kind of witchery are you using to get mezco Dredd's colar all the way up? I've tried what you did and it ain't working for me.
