Other Reviews / Re: Annual 1978

There is some dodgy stuff in those annuals, but there's also loads of great stuff.

Plus, I read & re-read them a thousand times when I was a kid, so they must've been doing something right.

I'm very excited to see this comic! Everything I've seen looks great.

Cheers to the Crazy Fox - once again, we've proved that this is the galaxy's greatest forum!

Thank you, Ush. It's a fab script & I really enjoyed drawing it (I didn't enjoy the deadline, but I'm a lazy bastard!) And so - here is the lovely Kate Pikelet :

Henry Flint, drawing anything! Or get McMahon back. I'd love to see some B&W Slaine, it's been too long. They got Mick back for The ABC's after all.

On the other point - Revere fucking rocks. Thought so back then, still think so.

I ain't done it in colour - but I wouldn't mind if someone did the job!

Glad you like it, I'm half really happy with it, and half can't bear looking at it!

Quote from: Roger Godpleton on 04 March, 2011, 11:00:03 PM
Tony Lee may be the most gifted writer I've ever read; gifted not just because of his imagination, his energy, his originality, but because he has access to the unutterable, because he can look inside a person and discover the unique essence of his humanity. To read him is to have yourself taken apart, undone, touched at the place of your own essence; it is to be turned back, as if after a long absence, into a human being.

Ha ha. Roger Godpleton-Krauss? Very cute! That's gross, man.

That would be fine with me - or this one? Maybe ask Usher too?
