This all looks excellent.

If I could makevit to somewhere you were doing this I would be tempted to dress ad a Judged Clan member...

That's bizarre, getting there from google works but directly doesn't.
Does this one work

Yup that one works just fine, ta.

Oh this is very heartening. As numbers in showings I have been to were disappointing.

I had taken into account weather but was unaware of 'important' football, no such thing in my case so I easily forget there is to others. Still, I can't see a football match affecting a whole weekend's figures over much.

Now I am aware that midweek crowd in Leeds can be quite big, Wednesday & Thursday in particular. Seats are cheaper in almost every showing at my cinema of choice - but I don't like seeing a film on a school-night.

I may well be seeing it again this week with colleagues, unconfirmed as yet. That'll be 4 viewings (3 paid for). I was tempted to pop to that London again to see Judge Burdis on patrol but realised I could see it multiple times here instead and not spend as much.

I do hope to see a 2D showing at some point, not bothered to look if there is one near me. If I do I'll make it public so anyone else within travel of Leeds can take a look.

Dredd 3d for 3rd time. Catching more detail each time.

More in there cinema, couple next to me may have been on first date.

Everyone settled to really enjoy it. Animated conversations as people filled out.

I wonder what Anderson was going to say before she got cut off. The 'there's something more' bit.

Thanks Goaty for this idea.

Alex, great job done. You know a colleague at work was told by her b/f I must have made up the fact you chilled with the fans in the Ship adter the screening... lol. Luckily my colleague knows I'm not one to make stuff up.

John, was a thrill drring you in the Ship before the screening. Helped me find the Boarders easily for one thing! And hearing you on your mobile, "Carlos, where are you we are holding up the film for you." that'll stay with me for life!!!

Carlos... YAY!!! I must admit to being star struck around you and John. I oddly couldn't think of anything to say to you and ended up grinning like a fool as you were asked for 'just one more' photo when trying to get in the lift.

Karl. Thanks for a great performance and for putting so much effort in publicising the film. I suspect you've been looking in here as you appeared to be aware who Goaty was...

Really enjoyed seeing the film at the pre-release screening and last night with my son and a mate of mine. Going to see it again next week sometime I think. Not many films I would go see three times in the cinema...

Just to confirm... I can't make it (or more accurately I am being sensible n not putting another £61.00 on my credit card)

Can see the film 6 times in Leeds for the same as that train fare... Will be going tomorrow, alone or with my son (he is awaiting hospital treatment so might miss out) then possibly next week with work colleagues, then again with my son if he misses out tomorrow. A friend will only go to see it in 2D but it isn't in 2D at my normal cinema - so I'll shop around.

So, in summation, my train ticket is better spent seeing the film multiple times n boosting the box office result.

Oh and remember, piracy on this affects us if it steals a sequel. Get on the case of anyone you hear saying 'Oh, I'll download it.' - not heard anyone say it myself, but there will be pirates & there will be folk downloading. Happens all the bloomin' time.

While posting this a colleague came over to me to chatter excitedly, looks like the viewing next week is definitely on, day to be confirmed as another collerague who is going isn't in today.  RESULT!

Wow... does the winner know they won or is it being announced in the Meg???

I would love to...

IO've priced up train, can't afford it a 2nd time so close together :( Looked at coaches and as I am working looks like I can't do it. I'd arrive at Victoria 20:25 if it was on time. Then I gotta get to cinema...

20:45 is 'doors open' time? Adverts n trailers after that? Film starting about 21:00??? If so I might be able to make it... SO TEMPTING!!!

Interest at work seems good - I am recounting my experience of the pre-release screening to several people. Some are definitely going to see the movie.

Spread the word! (no ABC Warriors were harmed in the making of this movie)

Karl is great bloke! Even he knew Goaty when Alex introduced me!

Alex Garland introduced me to Karl Urban!!!

I get the feeling Karl has been on the Forum... We know Alex has.
