Genius?No.But I enjoy his stuff a lot-I've actually read American Gods twice as it's one of my favourite books.And his 'Murder Mysteries' short story tickled me fancy as well.

Haven't looked at Sandman in years and I kinda suspect i my find it a bit,in the inimicable words of PVS,faerywank.

There is a lot of Gaiman worship out there,which I can't really get.I think it's because he makes himself available for it TBH

I would say Mr Kermode should try him out.

I loved Oink! me-had the whole run before it merged with Whizzer & Chips or something. They got burned with my first few hundred 2000ads-a much more traumatic event as I'm sure you'll agree.
