I don't think it should be judged like that and I think that's the only way to really criticise it.It fits continuity perfectly too-ISTR Mr Wagner neglects anything that doesn't suit the story and I won't complain about that.Stops the "Dreddverse" from suffocating under it's own weight IMHO and can allow bloody good ideas into the weekly without an exhaustive back prog cross reference.

PSI-Do Justice Department not recruit them to keep them where they can see them?Do you not think there is the possibility in the Meg that any active psi out of Justice control can cause a big heap of trouble?You know how cits'll follow any trend and a psi could convince an awful lot of 'em to follow in their wicked schemes!
