Hmmmm....

To be honest though a few threads like this don't do any harm every now and again - as it certainly poked me into buying a couple, just caught me at the right moment 1. pay day last Friday, 2. Monday morning so desperately trying to work but secretly surfing...
You could say that but I looked at it from the point of view of abstinance making the blood lust build up inside him - with the blowing up of the funeral parlour the straw that broke the camels back, plus the programme is discussing humanity and therefore maybe the lack of it in this instance, due to the fact that the humans had shown no humanity to the vampires - even though they were trying to stop feeding, but in turn the vamps had no humanity - so in essence it's questioning what humanity is?
.

It could been seen as a parable for terrorism I suppose...

Bullet time.

Pigeons.

Anyone getting shot to fuck and still walking, with them being patched up at the end of the film, smoking a cigar whilst sat on the steps of an Ambulance.

Super hero films where the hero dons his costume and you get close ups of the costume being put on to a gradual build up sound track.

[Office door bursts open]

"YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GUESS WHO I'VE GOT TO DRAW A COVER FOR THE MEG!"

"Um, er no. Who?"

"Oh, come on guess."

"No, too busy - who?"

[sigh] "It's really, really exciting, it will be awesome - and he's really 'in' at the moment, the copies will fly off the shelves."

"Grrrrr..."

"OK, OK! It's Frank Miller!"

"Cool. Kerching!"

Oranges are not the only fruit.

Is not only a saying but a book about lesbians by Jeannette Wintersomething, and was also turned into a TV series which, as a young man, I watched on my black and white TV after the watershed and my parents never knew!
