With a wireless broadband connection can I run more than one internet connection (two computers) from the one wireless broadband connection??

Slippery PD

The simple answer is yes.  But remember that theyll share the bandwidth, making each machine slightly slower.

Yes. Unless you're both running a couple of bittorrent downloads (or both machines are attempting to watch a realplayer streaming vid) you shouldn't have a problem - I have 25 users using a standard BT 2Mb broadband in work and there's very little issues, cus most of the time is spent reading things on screen rather than actually doing the downloading.

Depends what wireless equipment you've got.
If it's a router, then yes.
If it's a Wireless Access Point, then no. Go and buy a router.
Which provider are you with, and what equipment did they give you?

Cheers.

I just need an additional accesspoint cos the girlfriend hogs the line looking at bloody overseas property and such shite for hours on end.

I'm with Tiscilli (sp?) and have just the basic broadband modem, no other wireless equipment, so I'll be buying whatever equipment is needed.

Reccomendations for equipment to buy would be appreciated.

Thanks again.
