here we are again with more hellboy quizling! Hey! he was reprinted in the megazine a while back so its thargs fault i got a taste for the spooky stuff!
Any how,has anyone played the older hellboy pc game (summat to do with an asylum ithink cos i'm watching it on t'dreaded ebay and want to know if it'sworth bidding for i'm expecting a resident evil/broken sword kinda thing or is it gonna be a beat em up like "spawn" on the ps1? any one remember THAT one?

I had the Hellboy game on PC and enjoyed it until it reached a certain point and it just kept crashing.

I heard it was pants and didn't get a UK release...but I'd have bought it anyway if I'd seen it.

I have just downloaded the demo and had quickl look.

I don't think it works properly.

Though the graphics aren't by todays standards, they cenrtainly suit the way Hellboy was drawn.

Can't figure out the controls, there are a set of steps  and he won't climb up them. So that seems pretty lame.

I can only get him to walk, punch and draw his gun and shoot.

I actualley reclal seeing this game for about 30-50 dollars a few years back. I guess I wasn't impressed back then also.

It doesn't help that my speakers have just died either.
