It does however not denote moronism simply their position relative to the fence on a specific issue. It was wrongly stated that the chart is wrong as it is split on a black & white basis this is incorrect as looking at it will prove - a middle ground betwixt each is also provided. Non-featuring boarders are of course free to copy the chart and append their own monikers in the correct (for them) place.
