Dredd Case Files Vol 13 + 14- Tales of the Dead Man missing?

Alreet,
Ive just got vol 13 of the case files, and have read on amazon that 'Tales of the Dead Man' isn't going to be included in volume 14 and will be a seperate purchase. Does anyone know if this is correct? Seems a bit of a scam if 'Tales of the Dead Man' is part of the Necropolis epic contained in Vol 14.  Will be buying it whatever the weather.

This is still unclear. I had assumed that now the Case Files will include Necropolis that CF14 would also feature Tale of the Dead Man and the separate Dead Man book would just collect the B&W Dead Man series (which is not technically a Judge Dredd strip, and thus will not be in the Case Files in any case).
