The opening of the 2010 nominations is nearly upon us (8th November):

Right then, here we go:

Nominations are open to any person who is actively involved in the creation, distribution or promotion of comics, either in print or online.

...

You can not nominate a comic that you are involved in the creation or distribution of and you can not nominate a comic that a judge, member of the committee or member of The Webcomic List staff is involved in the creation or distribution of. These are the only limitations in place on who you can nominate.
