Hiya, I'm feeling lousy today and my prog scouring skills have failed.  Could anyone tell me which prog the Dredd story with the man who conducted weather was in?

Cheers!

Paul

Do you mean the story The Weather Man? If so, that's Progs 329 & 330.

Just bought them second hand recently. You get the first Sláine for good measure. Although I'd been reading for a few years before that, it's the first prog i can remember. I clearly remember my dad, who went to an Irish-speaking school, telling me and my brother how to pronounce 'Sláine' (but let's not go there, eh?).
"Men will never be free until the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest"

Never cared for that story, but it did have one line that has stuck in my head thsese many years, and I've paraphrased it many times in my own life  (from imperfect memory):

"There's a fine line between genius and insanity, and Karl Heinz Pilchards in Tomato Sauce Clayderman has crossed it - and then some!"
