"Us" time is very important stuff.

Me and Mrs Tips don't do so bad but we've instigated a monthly date night just to make sure we definitely do get some time where it's just us with each other and not doing chores or stuff.  Sometimes it's just a cinema trip (to see a grown up film), somethimes it's a flash date, and sometimes it's just a two hour local walk (or this month, it's The Undertones in bathgate!).

well we got there ! only cos its the first time we've been to such a thing we didnt know you needed a swimming cossie so it was either go in the steam rooms with a dressing gown or just in my boxers!  in fact thats all there was steam rooms!
