I recently did a fairly substantial blog post regarding what I considered to be the Best Webcomics of 2011.

You can find it here:

http://fourcoloursandthetruth.wordpress.com/2011/12/15/best-comics-of-2011-best-webdigital-comics-of-the-year/

In addition, as a blatant plug, I'll mention my webcomic, though it's not nearly on the same level as the ones mentioned above. Mine is a web comics anthology, and so we're doing short stories, rather than one larger work: http://condoofmystery.com/

Have started reading Old City Blues, World of Hurt, and Sin Titulo after reading through your list.  Thanks.

Also got through half of Romantically Apocalyptic.  Took me a few episodes to get into but find it hilarious now

Can't let this thread go without shamelessly plugging The Cattle Raid of Cooley, my adaptation of the ancient Irish epic starring Cú Chulainn, the hero Slaine was partially based on.

If you're after adventure serial webcomics, Delilah Dirk and the Turkish Lieutenant is a historical swashbuckling thing, and gorgeously drawn - reminds me a bit of early Nikolai Dante.
