Project plans to build it using prefabracted sections, within a construction window of only 90 days.

Is intended to house 30,000 people with both low and high income housing areas.

Sky City has been designed to house 31,400 people in its luxury and low-income communities. Residential area will occupy 83% of the tower, all serviced by schools, hospitals, offices, shops and restaurants within the building.

It really is a Mega Block in the Dreddworld sense.
