I vowed never to buy Dell again after some customer support issues we had with our laptop a few years back.

That said, okay sure we've had to replace the keyboard, the power cable is tapped up and we had to get the socket fixed after a seemingly innocuous fall, but its still going strong after what must be approaching 5 years.

As ever with these things they try to rip you off when it comes to replacing batteries but a bit of online jiggery pockery and we have one about 10 times* better than the original Dell one for a third of the price**

*this is clearly an exaggeration!
