Kenny Who, Where and When?

With a new Kenny Who story coming up I dug out the old progs and re-read the first one. Still a classic.

It got me wondering if he ever appeared again. I stopped reading tooth in the 90's and never got the Meg.

I've checked on the site but cant find any mention, so did I miss any other Who related madness?
