WoD

I remember the filter mask thing from the first time round...still can't think why it could be.

Bolt-01

I was wondering about that over on the 2kreview site as well. No answer either.

The characters that turn up in episode 7 aren't humans?

Or to put it another way, are we supposed to believe that is some kind of... (snort snigger snort) ...MAGIC rib?

Apart from the obvious "It's a mistake, stoopid", you could (ret-con fanboy:wank mode) argue that since these guys make regular Kesheen/Lantrisant hunting runs and so have some sort of permanent anti-pollen membrane/implant/device, which is probably based on an illegal biosphere-contaminating nano-tech/GM/somesuch technology.

Larsson on the other hand is an observer (oh how I want to say 'Mobile') who will be expected to work on  numerous planets, and as such doesn't want to cack-up his system in some specific way, or alternatively go around contaminating places with illegal nanogadgets.

What really happened:

[Interior; a pub in central London]

Paul Marshall:  "Look, I'm getting sick of having to draw that bloody mask over his face all the time."

John Smith:  "No problem, I'll write it into the script how he loses it or something, then he can start hallucinating madly."

Paul Marshall:  "Right, a trip-out scene.  But what about all the illegal hunter-dudes: they'll need those bloody masks as well."

John Smith:  "Just leave them out - nobody'll notice."

[Both men leave the pub, and as they do so they accidentally leave a package on the table labelled 'Episode 7']
An angry nineties throwback who needs to get a room.
