What's blue, got a big head, and wobbles?

Yes, it's the Rogue Trooper Bobblehead. Despite the moral arguments against thesebobble head figures from some members of the hive mind I have to say I'm very impressed by the first of the new range of 2k stuff that I've seen. Forbidden Planet Manchester only had the Rogue and Alpha figures in stock. As I have a re:action version of ol' blank eyes I decided to spend my hard earned on the Blue Meenie.

The pacjaging itself is very welldone. You could display the figure in the case if you wanted or take it out without damaging the box, which is always a bonus.

There's lots of nice details, the colours are about right. The only place where the painting could have done with a neater job is on Bagmans biochip, but I imagine that varies from figure to figure. There was a broken piece in the base of mine so you might want to check it in the shop. Even the base is nicely done.

I'll be buying the Alpha one next, and probably the Mean Machine figure.

If there's a next line up then characters like Ace Garp, Walter the Wobot, and the Gronk would be excellent in this style.

And it even solves an age old Rogue debate (no, not THAT one) Helm is clearly much bigger than Gunnar or Bagman and therefore the best of the three. Huzzah!
