Hi. Hoping for some Busiek-based help!

Does anyone have the four Astro City GNs, and in particular the last one?
I'm unsure of the order, but it would be either The Tarnished Angel or Confessions.

The point is, I need to know, as quickly as anyone can help, which issues weren't collected.

I have a list from someone who's selling, and if I know what's written on the inside front of the GNs, I can work out if he has what I want.

Sadly, I can't find a list anywhere on the web.

Any chance, guys?

Er, you land-dwelling scum, and all that... etc etc.

Cheers

I really enjoy Astro City (I think it's Busiek's best work) I collect it in floppy format. There's a new maxi series starting later this year.

There's also a couple of websites available- see the "fake" ones in the comic- well try typing the URL's into your web browser. See.

http://www.astrocity.us/cgi-bin/index.cgi?page=features/index.html">Astro City News should help you out.

The comic stopped beign published in a "monthly" series, and instead focused on bringing out mini-series. Which works a lot better, as it means Busiek can work on them as and when he has time, instead of being confined to a regular monthly deadline.

Thanks, oh triangular one, for your valued assistance.

It does, indeed, help. At least, it confirms the "for sale" list doesn't include the perhaps one or two issues missing from my collection.

Mega City Comics is clearly a better resource than most retailers' sites.

Must get organised with a proper wants list one of these days.

Anyway, while we're here, I can recommend - with enthusiasm - all things Astro City.
If you ever have a spare tenner, pick up one of the GNs on offer. They're great fun!

Actually, that's different from what's on the web. Thanks, Daney!

I've now ordered Vol 2 #s 21 and 22. I have one of them, but forget which. :-)

What the hell. They're cheap!

Which is the bestest ever comic story I've ever read and you should all rush out and read it.
