Saw one last night on Toonami...WOW!
Anyone else watching this?

Woolly

Seen series 2 before. The Mace Windu episode is truly awesome!

AND it introduces a key character from episode III...

Lord Running Clam

I've watched the first three episodes of the 3? series they've shown so far and am loving them so far.
My highlights so far are the continued use of Grievous,The fact the cartoon Anakin works unlike in the film and C3PO's reveil of his gold plating.
The 12 minute episodes work well as well giving them time to lay out more back story as well.
I hope Dirge gets an oncore as well at some point.

Oh yeah it IS series 3 not 2.
D'oh!

Bolt-01

Saw an episode last night and stood with my mouth open for the whole thing. This is what Lucas has been waiting for- an animator with the style and storytelling skills to really add to the story.

Amazing work.

Heh - I'll download this at some point as it's on at awkward times for me to catch on TV. I'm looking forward to it.

For anyone that missed it, here's the micro-version of the first episode of Series 3 (Chapter 21).  Truly outstanding stuff.  Tho' I still don't get Yoda's motivation in putting up with Ani, chosen one or not...

Managed to see this for the first time today. Saw series one and the second episode of series 2 with the big, fuck off hammer super weapon.

Just seen the first ep of Series 3.

Bloody hell, best cartoon I have ever, ever seen! Now why can't Genndy Tartoffsky wotsit direct the actual films?

Art

You kind of get the feeling that he's had far more success gettng classy film techniques into cartoons than he ever would with Hollywood films.
