I dunno if this helps, but most companies say please allow 28 days for delivery.

In Big Finish's case, it is 28 years.

I ordered two of the digital archive things and it`s been forever. Their explanation is that they ordered them and didn`t like the quality so they`ve reordered them. It`s nice to get an apology but I think it`s a pretty thin excuse. The business-like thing to do would be to make sure of the quality before pocketing our money.

I ordered a biochip for my car.
Came in a couple of days.

I've heard that they've had big delays with the archives though. Talk to Trebell.

i've got a biochip as well. top purchase for the price and it has pride of place on my keyring. it has already prompted some questions from intrigued friends and colleagues. however, one ex-reader said he wouldn't buy one unless he could have a 1 on the chip as opposed to the 4 on the one in the shop. IIRC 1 is helm, or is it gunnar....no, gunnar i think....anyway, i thought it was a little pedantic so i told him where to stick his biochip......i'm rambling now....another cup of coffee required me thinks!!

and

4 (as seen in that Mercy Heights/ Tor Cyan strip in either Prog 2000 or 2001) is probably old Rogue himself.

The digital archives are indeed delayed.

They were printed but rejected by Rebellion and are now due to be re-printed and despatched in the week of the 3rd June.

I would wait as your money is debited regardless.
