The guy better be sure it's the actual free gift and not some arbitrary object given away free by the seller!!!!

In fact, case in point from yesterday's thread. Note the wording "free gift" with the No1. The same wording from the same bloke on the Toxic auction.

In other words, misprepresentation, lies, deceit, whatever you want to call it. I don't accept that "some people give bonus items away" is in any way the same as this. He knows fine that 2000ad has free gifts and has used this to describe the Toxic auction. I've had no reply to my e-mails to him, so I can only assume he doesn't want to explain himself.

Also, take a good luck at the bidding history. I've pointed out before the ease of using a group of people to artificially inflate the price of something. Have a look at the ratings of the people who've shoved the price of this up. THREE of them have never one a bid before, 1 of whom is completely new, the others are users who have recently changed their username. 2 more have only a few wins. It's my opinion that there's a few dodgers on that site. You can do it yourself, it's great fun guessing what people have bid and pushing the price up to reach their maximum. Others have done it to me and there seems to be a lot of No1's flying about these days. Probably the same one being falsely bid on, then reposted until some sucker pays over 300 quid for it.
