The Enigmatic Dr X

Just bought this from Tesco. It's fully articulated and great fun to build. They had two models and I'm gonna get the other tomorrow.

Mrs X has already had her fill of me crying out "Launch Missiles" and "Get her with the anti-wife gun... brrrrrrrrrrrrr."

I should add it was ?3.98, it was "for my boy" (who isn't even one yet), and he is now guarding my PC against rebel robots.

So they've finally ditched that old-fashioned 'building bricks' element of Lego.

I can see four nodules in that picture...FOUR! What are you going to stick on the tips of the feet anyway?

Actually, there are quite a few bits. I was suprised at how many there were. They are covered up by the orange blocks. I guess that's to give it a "finished" look. Underneath, though it's the same old lego.

I've always been amazed that when we bought LEGO for the kids, they'd build it once and leave it as a statue.  I used to take 'em apart, rebuild them again, reip 'em apart, rebuild them as something different etc. ad nauseum.
Be excellent to each other. And party on!

Me too. I had a hoover box half full of the stuff.

It sort of reminds me of a Z-Knight (which were sort of humanoid Zoids).

Funt Solo

We built a lego night club once - it had a chill-out room, flotation tanks, dancing robots, DJs, decks, slip-mats, spliffs, hot-knives - the whole kit and caboodle, basically.

It was called Club Fuck, because whenever anyone saw it all they ever said was "fuuuuuuuck".

Must dig out a photo...
An angry nineties throwback who needs to get a room.
