Part 1 was coloured by Mini-bolt. He was going to do more, but as a 14 year old boy, he couldn't be bothered.

Is that what Tharg says whenever he realises that the Mills droid is due to drop off another script? Is there mincing involved? Isn't that a rather horrible image?

Is it not obvious? I mean it looks like a speed camera to me...

I kind of got from context that it's supposed to be a speed camera, but no, it's not super clear, mainly due to the encompassing ball of fire... I guess you could have shown it in an earlier panel, but that would have blown the punchline. Maybe if you had the camera as the reveal and pulled bakc from showing the moment of destruction.

Also It's a bit Clarksonesque and obvious isn't it? Personally I'm all for  the use of speed cameras to prevent road deaths. And I think the congestion charge was a really good idea that's worked out really well as well.

Also, if I was going to be really cruel, I'd say it reminds me a little of My Hero...
