I wish I could say 20 years, but i'd say it's about 7 years old now, I ..er..had just regained conciousness from a 5 year long coma. I used my foot to work the mouse.

Has that got anything to do with the next 54? I like the blueprint feel.

I've been using Pshop for about twelve years and IMHumbleO the oldies are still the goodies- quickmask, a couple of the blur filters, median and unsharp mask remain regular favourites.

While I use Photoshop 7 for day-to-day artwork I still use 5.0 in Classic to scan and print jobs because it's more compatible with my Epson drivers providing better output options.

5.0 also allows you to make simple custom brushes that you can save and upload to later versions as it has an edit function (see 'New Brush') giving you control over hardness, roundness and angle of the brush in degrees..

By comparison, CS and CS2 have yet to impress me enough to update.

Until recently I'd always draw up work conventionally then scan to complete in Pshop.. here's my first completely digital painted piece of fan art, Tyranny..

Sort of, yeah- I just ran it through (I think) a neon filter for a laugh- but it's actually quite nice, isn't it?

Have you not checked your OVS mail?  I accidently sent the proper one to  everyone instead of just Paul.  Fortunately, it was the low res version...

Nice TR, btw.

I'm never drawing on paper again.  It's crap.

Technically, I think this falls under 'pretend banter for shameless self promotional purposes'.

But I could be wrong.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v69/johnnyeyebrows/jonespromocol2.jpg">

Cheers.

I think until I switch from Graphire to Intuos I'll still be drawing most things the old fashioned way..

The cheaper tablets don't yield in the same way a pencil or brush pen does ;)

Cheers- I'm not sure if I can sustain that niceness over 6 pages though...

Yeah, the continuity of quality and style thru a strip is something most of us over look until we have to do it for ourselves.

I'm trying to get round it by drawing Quisling and SOH pages in a ramdom order.. if that makes any sense ;)
