That is a silly person right there. 

However, how many of us cause permanent unsightly damage to our teeth, our health, our appearance, our mobility, through sloth, unthinking indulgence or inattention? This lad, like Filthy C**T woman before him, has merely taken conscious and active control of his own disfigurement and decline. And in embracing the permanent face-on, they also acknowledge the impermanence of our once-perfect selves, the ongoing ruin of mind and body, that is ever present but unspoken in all of us. Are we not all filthy c**ts with half-chewed food dribbling out the holes in our faces?

To be fair i've revently dyed my hair turqoise and am in line for a few tattoos so....I guess it's just a matter of degree concerning how much you want to augment your body. Only you can dictate that, no one else.

I've got some tats and a pierced tit but that photo above is extreme to say the least. I mean does he have plastic caps for his cheeks like you get with flat packs or does any old shit just get blown in there? I take it he doesn't like swimming either unless there's a gills attachment.

Fair enough though its his right to look like a complete gimp.
