?45? Not bad. Off to confirm the order then. I'm also at the mercy of release dates for this series, though I only read the first two collections in one sitting. Have you tried Strangehaven Lady? The waits even more frustrating for that!

Watched the semi-finals last night and am going to place my first bet in ten years today.  Lordi are going to walk it.

Iceland crashed and burned, by the way - insulting your host country in an interview with its top-selling daily proved not to be a clever move.  She got roundly booed.

Watch out for Lithuania.

Iceland's entry is sung by a fictional character from a satirical series spoofing reality tv. And has "fuck" in the lyrics. This is going to be the best Eurovision ever!

Iceland won't be in it.

She got knocked out in the semi-final stage on Thursday.

I have not seen any of eurovision, but, life goes on eh, shall survive, i think.

Switzerland stand a good chance, as do Denmark and I suspect that Ireland and us have a good chance this year. France and Germany will be in the middle.

Lithuania to win!

How the hell did this twat representing us win Song for Europe?!

Well, that was a good evening's entertainment already. Still more to come with the voting.

I'd give points to Norway, Moldova, FYR Macedonia, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden and Greece. More or less in that order.
STRIKE !!!

Buttonman

Romania, Lithuania and Bosnia for me and Daz for his great blackboard self publicity. Top marks also to Finland for their Gwar tribute.

Go on Finland. I wish I had a bet on.

I like that the big scary monster blokes were holding up a hand scrawled sign saying 'We *heart* You'. It was ... sweet.
