WS FTP... I think you have to cough be an educational cough cough establishment cough to get for free cough cough though

Dreamweaver has one built in if you already use that.

It is indeed bobbins, I ever could get the Dreamweaver FTP working properly.

This is the one i use at work. Free, and generally works a treat.
