Rogue Trooper Statue - Broken in post?!?!?

Hi there, was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the new Rogue Trooper statue?

Got mine today and the box looks fine ont the outside although rattled when I went to open it and found out bits of it had 'dropped' off!!!!!!!!

Do you think that you can prove it to the post office that it was broken you recieved it.
