Bouncing off the thread on D'Israeli's blogging about his work on "Stickleback", I thought readers might be interested in knowing more about the artblogs out there.

Here are just a few of the 2K-related artblogs out there - and if anyone has any more, feel free to chip in!

CHRIS WESTON

A little quieter than some other blogs, but there have been some interesting posts recently including previews of his work on Battler Britton and a sneak look at his contribution to this week's Tom Frame tribute:

I wasn't a great fan of Taylor's work on his most recent Meg strip, but the previews of his next story, "Anderson: Big Robots", have almost got me converted. You can see a great array of work-in-progress & finished pieces at his blog - and hopefully we'll see more of his work in the comic after "Big Robots".

DYLAN TEAGUE

Everyone's favourite Irish artist blogs about his work for 2000AD & the Meg, inking advice, his early Dredd art, the mysterious Project F & his watery eye. Some instructive step-by-step art in there as well:

ROGER LANGRIDGE

One of my favourite artists, but sadly too long absent from the pages of the prog. Still, his work on "Marvel Zombies" was a recent pleasure, and the previews of its sequel on his blog suggest that it'll be another does of cannibal-superhero-holocaust goodness!

Rightio, that's it for now. If anyone knows of any other blogs I've not yet mentioned - or if any artists want to pimp their own sites - feel free to pitch in!

Wow.  Thanks for these as well, Amstor (I posted the link to D'Israeli's blog before seeing this thread).  Great stuff!

I, Cosh

Chris Weston's version of Leatherjack?!

That would have rocked.
We never really die.

Ace - thanks for those links.

It would indeed have rocked, and his character study for Leatherjack is just stunning. His work for an animated version of "Monkey" is great as well, and it's interesting to note how much input it seems he's had in the strips he's worked on.

As I said, it's just about sold me on his art after a disappointing first showing in the Meg, so his blog has converted at least one reader!
