Peter asked, "can you do a series of *!*!*@*!*!*!** instead ? I have to let off steam somehow same as everyone else."

It was suggested in another thread that maybe starting a blog might be a good idea. I'd have to second that. The message board should be about discussing 2000 AD, not venting about anybody's bad day. Perhaps if we take out our road rage, eBay frustrations and job woes somewhere else instead of the board, tempers here might not be so easily frayed...?

Good work Wake. I've no idea what happened recently (and don't want to) though I noticed the air turn sour. There's bound to be exceptions as there are for all rules, and it's easy to make fun of that fact, but it's the spirit of the rules is the important thing.

I am trying to cut down on all that now unless something is relevant. to suggest that i would carry on like before would mean that i havent learnt a thing about protocol here. That is completely wrong. I dont need a blog. It was just circumstances. I dont need to explain it all again. I was the main cause here of frayed tempers but i was being taunted by other boarders here. Of course i pissed everyone off. I just wasnt thinking but a simple post saying shut up explaining what effect i was having would have helped a lot. I wouldnt have objected at all but everyone just seemed to let it all happen. It was only very late on that other boarders stepped in and said stop but it should have happened much earlier.

I am not in any way transferring blame and i take full responsibility for my actions. I have had enough practice. and i have explained and apologised god knows how many times as well and this is the last time i do it.

I am very grateful for the second chance here as well.

If i do it will only be if it is worth posting. not some sort of daily diary as sometimes it can be boring here as well but not often. I dont have some wierd compulsion to tell everyone everything that happens in my life although it may have seemed that way to everyone.

Do you mean another thread that never ends ? I dont want exclusivity if i do but i will have to talk about that with my agent first.

If you mean a blogging thread then it should be open to everyone.

Good oh. I shall continue to try to be civil.
This code seems pretty unncecessary to me; the board has gotten by alright with the occasional banning by Wake and my magical ability to ignore annoying posters, but no doubt Rebellion have their reasons. At least the code doesn't mention John Byrne, whom we are still allowed to be disrespectful to, albeit politely

Does that include the nude picture of Judge Demarco I was thinking of putting it up here. But it looks so badly done. I don't think I will.

You see nude art isn't nessasarily offencive. It's not really pornography.

Although my personal interpetation of the lady with no cloths on might be considered offencive merely becuiuase of my drawing ability.

I'd always assumed there was a code of conduct in place, seems strange there wouldn't be to be honest. I just didn't hunt it out or read it as I figured I'm generally not that offensive, figured if I was doing something wrong I'd get called on it and learn soon enough. Having a code in place to discourage all out war breaking out doesn't seem like a bad idea.
