Please ship Cabs Inc. Vol.2 and Storming Heaven collections to the US

Back in January both Caballistics Inc: Creepshow and the Storming Heaven SC both solicited in Diamond Previews Catalog as shipping in March. Since then neither book has arrived in the US to fill those preorders. As they have never appeared as shipping on Diamond's weekly final shipping lists. This is bugging the heck out of me because since both books failed to arrive all other book solicited through Diamond have arrived without a hitch.

Does Rebellion have any intension of filling the preorder? Or at the very least resoliciting the books at a latter date? Because I sure would like to have them. But ordering them overseas from your store or Amazon is soooooo expensive.

Sorry to hear of your troubles but I'm afraid that you'll have to get in touch with Diamond about this as we have nothing to do with shipping their orders. The books are definitley in stock in the UK so it's really up to Diamond to make sure anything they order is shipped to the US.

It just doesn't seem like Diamond got any copies to distribute. Because the books never appeared on the Diamond shipping list as shipping to shops.

Good Lord how confusing.

I'm guessing Adventurer has been bugging his respective shopkeeper as I have mine and received the same answer, "The distributor says they never recieved a shipment." Thrylseeker and Hipster Dad have said the same elsewhere.

So, if J.O. says they were sent, and Diamond says they never got them, I can only assume that the fault lies in the shipping service. Anybody hear about a boat going under in the Atlantic?

The only problem with that suggestion is that I've never found anybody at Diamond who will talk to a customer long enough to say anything more than "YOU WILL NEED TO SPEAK WITH YOUR RETAILER."  I mean, even accepting that I'm picky about customer service, those guys just do not speak to the general public about problems.

It's possible, I suppose, that Diamond cancelled all orders for the books because they didn't receive enough of them.

I don't think Jon said they were sent.
He said that if Diamond placed an order, the books would be sent to them.
I think the problem here is that Diamond may not have placed the order.
If Diamond won't talk to you directly, the solution would be to pester your retailer to order the books.
Keep on at them until they crack (or, y'know, throw you out of the shop).
