Robo-Hunter's a girl!  Mongrol has a PHD!  Steelhorn was never melted - and is in fact the avatar of a race of tripods from Mars!  There are TWO Ace Garps - twice the fun!  The Sisters of Death have more sisters!  Kano lives on a farm!  Nikolai has trouble communicating with his mother!
