Butterfield's still a highlight, "Christmas Man" was the biggest laugh round these parts. Watching it again it was really the fact that the last sketch(The Beatles parody) was pretty crap that left me thinking the whole show had been below par. There were actually some great moments I'd forgotten about, Elvis' new tune was ace. Wasn't keen on the "You're a cunt", and Al Pacino(while a great impression) wasn't as funny as the Michael Caine stuff. Plenty of laughs to be had though.

Heh, I do like Butterfield.  Spot on make up, anyone seen that guys ads on the telly?

Maybe it's the production, but a lot of the stuff seemed it could be funnier than in it came across.

Well maybe that is similar to why I could not find it engaging either.

I feel a bit guilty during the Butterfield stuff, despite finding it very funny.  That guy, whoever he is, clearly now has no career in selling daytime legal advice.
