Speaking of 'The Colour of Magic'

I found that it was being filmed.

Not too sure wether it's a cartoon, computer animation or live action.

Christopher Lee is to be the voice of Death.

David Jason is RinceWind

Sean Astin is TwoFlower ( I always thought this character as more Asian.)

Even withthe inforamtion I have read, I'm still not sure if it;s going to be live action. I  supposed it will be. I just hope it not done exactly like 'The HogFather' which was too victorian for my tastes.

With you on The Tourist, TS, and David Jason as Rincewind...?  That is some pretty bizarre casting.  Nicholas Lyndhurst, maybe (but not by choice).

Apparently David Jason was Albert ( Death's ghostly former wizard assistant.) in 'HogFather'.

I don't think I was would have picked him for that unless this is actualley hinting some unkown connection between both Dicworld characters.

After playing computer game, I still think Eric Idle might have made a good RinceWind.

Or Nigel Planer, though he was Mr. Sideney from 'HogFather' as well.

I watching this right now. Thanks to You-Tube. Depite my first misgivings, I quite like it, so far. Though it's been one of the Terry Pratchett stories I haven't read.

Bless them, it must have took ages to make! Anyone who has suffered Alzheimer's in their family knows how unspeakably terrible a disease it is, Pratchett is doing a lot of good with his charity work and advocacy. I take my large hat off to him.
