Love this program.

Very happy to see it tonight, and even more so that my second cousin (who I don't recall having met) received a fantastic investment offer, for a great product.

Well done Amanda Jones (and boys).

It is a great show, with one drawback. An example:

Peter Jones: Brian, I'm willing to offer you half the money - twenty-five thousand - for a twenty-percent stake in your company.

Narrator: Peter Jones has offered Brian half of the money for a twenty-percent share of the company.

Duncan: Sorry, it's not for me so I'm out.

Narrator: Duncan has declared himself out.

Deborah: Brian, I love your idea and I'm willing to match Peter's offer.

Narrator: Deborah likes the idea and has offered to match Peter Jones' offer.

And so on... Why does he have to tell us what we've just seen and what they've just said?

Tonight one of the ideas sparked interest from every one of the Dragons and they all agreed to pitch in. This has never happened before, and I turned to my good lady and said, "That's remarkable!"

And then - I swear I'm not making this up - right at that moment the narrator said something like, "It's a remarkable situation."

I still can't get over it - now he's telling me what I've just said!

-- Mike
P.S. I still reckon Peter Jones would make a very good Dan Dare.
Narrator: Mike reckons that Peter Jones would make a very good Dan Dare.

Yup, that was my cousin (2nd).

Yup, that was my £100,000 idea. But I'll sell it for you for 45% ;-)

How can I say this without avoiding the mongo cap? An offer by all five Dragons has been made before, for an energy saving plug.

But did they do it for an equal share of the requested equity, or did they ask for more?

(and anyway, I felt proud!)
