Too true, utterly pointless.  And I have to actively stop myself lifting the little fella's arse up to nose level while on public transport.

The one parenty duty that I still can't handle is clipping nails - I just can't bring myself to do it, possibly because of an unfortunate incident with my dog's nails, an enthusiastically wielded clipper and lots of blood and yipping.
